Roles & Responsibilities
Ethan Chavez is the Director of Applications and Human resources for the Write to Learn Foundation. As applications director, Ethan handles all interviews and process all people who wish to join as a tutor or member of the administration faculty. Within the nonprofit, Ethan handles the division of labor and work assignments. Ethan works closely with schedulers to link tutors with their students.
As human resource director, in addition to searching for new applicants, Ethan handles conflict resolution within the orginization
